I'm running the Great South Run to fundraise for St Wilfrid's Hospice, a charity very close to my heart who are doing amazing things. 

In November 2023, after an ongoing battle with prostate cancer, we lost my lovely father-in-law, Nick. The work the hospice staff do is so incredibly important. The love, care, and compassion they provided during such a distressing time for my family is exactly why I'm fundraising for them. It's a small way towards repaying their kindness, so that they can continue to do their incredible work.

Having fundraised for Cancer Research in the past with Race for Life, I'm looking forward to running the Great South Run's 10 mile route around Portsmouth & Southsea. If you can spare any amount at all, I'd be extremely grateful, it will certainly make a difference to not only the staff but the patients and their families at St Wilfrid's.
